I have an indoor tree and a toothpick stem has sprouted up 2 inches from the trunk it has two small leaver on top is it a weed what do I do ?

You find out if it's a weed. If it is, you remove it. If it's not.. Then post a picture asking what to do in this thread.
It's a bit vague to help someone saying "I might or I might not have a weed in a pot of an unknown tree that is indoors for unknown reasons".
The better you explain your situation, the better the help you'll get will be. Pictures are always a big plus.
