Looks like you nailed it to me. I like the color of the flowers.

Thanks...yes, I was a bit frustrated after it bloomed and the bracts weren't the color of the name I was given for the bougainvillea I had purchased. If only for the reason of not knowing what variety I actually owned.

I still admire the pink pearl's two toned bracts. And may look into that variety from a more reliable source than...Ebay...or purchase it while in bloom. ;)

Your plant looks to be a rather nice colored Rosenka, you should be pleased with your find and success with it. My Wife told me to mention that we have found several times over the years that things get mislabeled at the growers by careless workers and sometimes by misbehaved juvenile bored at the Garden center.... Makes the "experience" a bit awkward sometimes at best.

Tell your wife thanks for the heads up! So it could have occurred even from a nursery...hadn't thought of that.

I really love Bougainvillea as you know...contemplating putting one from a nursery into a down and under pot...not sure if it a vine if it would climb up or drape down. Wishing for it to grow up about the pot. Not sure unless I wired it would it go that way. So...do I wish to mess with thorns...or get one off eBay without thorns.
