I received this focus from Lowe’s around Christmas time and repotted because it looked sad with glue rocks and fake moss. However it was doing well under artificial light with new buds and leaves I moved into the sun in the leaves quickly wilted away browning and wilting and drying up I slightly touched the leafs today And they all fell off with ease they’re still two buds green. However I have scratch the bark and no sign of Green is there. Consider dad? Or still have hope? Suggestions?

How long ago was it when you moved it to more light?

Green buds still means there is life and that scratch looks green to me.

Don't move it from its current location until it seems more healthy, ficus can be finicky about being moved around. Typically it's lower light levels and poor air movement that cause them to drop their leaves.

Get a handle on its water needs, this can be hard for someone new to bonsai and even harder when using a fast draining substrate. Only water when the first half inch to 1 inch of substrate is dry. When the weather improves out there (when night time lows stay above 50-55°F), move it outside. Don't fertilize the tree until it has been a month after decent new growth

Good luck!

Trunk looks shriveled which means, even if it does come back, it won't be itself anymore.

The path to learning bonsai is paved with dead trees, unfortunately. When I was first starting I killed a lot of them. It was never easy, I always stress out hard about any tree that bites the dust. But don’t let it discourage you. The more you learn the more you will keep alive.
