I found this which is more dense, but isn’t it kind of the same thing?

Yes, it's also a bottle brush. Likely just different varieties/cultivars.

Took some cuttings from the more dense one, but flying to the northern hemisphere, let’s hope it doesn’t notice

It’s a Little John Bottlebrush, my cuttings have buds, not too sure about roots yet, but I’m gonna leave it alone for now
