Ideas for styling

Hi. Recently bought this portulacaria Afra. Weird look... any idea for styling it? For cascade , it looks weird. Or I shld it just let it grow another year first then decide what to do,

Greetings, Fellow caretaker of the “Tiny Forest”, dig your roots in, stay a while.

These trees are very familiar and work well with “clip and grow” techniques. The more standard Jades (Not exactly the same, I know) that I’ve worked with ALSO prove this type of plant rather quite “beefy” in terms of what it can handle.....

The drastic prunes that will be suggested by others who know more of these specific trees, WILL shock..but also amaze....

If your wanting to rework your design.. it WILL, most inevitably lead to a fairly “hard” prune...

I am just preparing you for this. ;)
