Actually @Forsoothe! may be right, it does have Picea pungens look to it, that's Colorado blue spruce. The foliage of blue spruce tends to be fairly hard and spikey, can actually inflict a little pain. Norway spruce the foliage tends to be softer, not likely to cause any pain. Colorado blue spruce really likes full sun. Norway spruce tends to have pendulous secondary branches. Colorado blue tends to have secondary branches that remain more horizontal.

Regardless, care for all spruce is roughly the same. So identity is not all that critical.
