Identify Tree

Can anyone identify this tree, I found it at a yard and garden center in the tropical section. It had no label but the guy I asked said it was rare and was a Panscy Arrua. I could not find any information about it. I appreciate any information anyone can give me.

Thank you very much , you are absolutely correct the guy at the garden center spelled it wrong Parsley Aralia ( Ming tree) just found one on the internet
