Ilex crenata getting yellow leaves

Hi,

When was I watering my trees today I saw some yellow leaves in my Ilex crenata.
Do I have to worry? And what can I do to help this tree?
The root mass of the tree i sticking out above the edge of the pot. Do I need to correct this? (I Know it is not repotting season.)

It might not be getting enough light. What is the exposure of your porch?

It is getting morning sun until about 13:00. After that is has shadow.
But it seems to be recovering. I think is was a bit on the dry side.
