Hi folks, I've been away from here for a while, and with the weather being unseasonably warm I've begun to think trees again.

I am looking to buy a maple - something in the range of 2-3" trunk.

Anyone have a tree for sale?

Matt

+1 for Telperion Farms. I was up there a couple years ago and Chris was a wonderful guy to work with. Great trees, great people.

I usually have one or two for sale in my eBay store, but sometimes they tend to get pricey depending on how many people are bidding. Just click on the link in my signature. I've always wanted to check out Telperion Farms, I keep hearing great things about them.

you should!!! Let me know when you decide to come up ... Me and Vic can drive down and we can all hang out... WeeTree is only about 1hr away from Telperion as well ... so lots of bonsai playing to do ... might even be able to con Michael into letting us come hang out with him for an afternoon ...

How come they don't seem to have that many trees listed on their web site? Not sure what is the point of having a web page if you not going to list your stuff for to sale.

Both Chris and Lisa have regular jobs .... they don't have a lot of time to spend on putting things online... mostly the site is so you can contact them by phone /email .... they have acres of trees growing... puttin them all online would take forever

plus, trees constantly grow and change, making it very difficult and time-consuming to keep a website full of photos up to date.

Thank you very much for the kudos.
The new website has been a bit finicky, and we continue to work with the programmer.
Will be getting more pictures up soon.
Thanks again,
Chris

I can third that. I have bought many trees from Telperion. Not so many from Chris but from Lisa. She smiles and I get all gooshy.....how can I resist not spending money with this lady. Pretty darn good sales weapon Chris!

BTW, maybe a little insight on how the name came up?

Thanks, now all I can think of is "Mystogan"

Lol sorry.... I happen to have asked Chris that particular question before... which is why I knew where the name came from.... unless you are wanting to know the story behind the decision.... which I don't think I know...
