Insect Eggs?

All of this isolation, and I have really zoned into my trees, haha! I saw these insect egg looking things on a few pads of my parsons juniper. I hit them with a dormant oil, and picked off as many as I could find with tweezers. Any ideas what they are, and any next steps?

Juniper scale, it's a hard scale. There is another recent post about it, should answer all your questions and possibly leave you scratching your head.
