You will have to contact them. There should be no issue shipping pots, books, magazines and other "dry goods" to USA from the EU. Shipment of living plant material is a nightmare of rules and regulations, most likely including a quarantine. I would not attempt to import living plants from outside the USA into the USA.

The guy who runs bonsaiplaza is an honest guy, good eye for quality. Not sure how fair the prices are; His larger trees are out of my budget and mostly well developed

Also does it ship to the USA?
If you import live plants without the proper inspection and quarantine period, they won't make it through customs. If they do, you may get a personal visit from Customs and Border Protection who will take the tree from you.
