I'm pretty close to you, I'm waiting at least another two weeks before they're out for good. Usually around April 15th is our last frost date.

Low 40s may be gambling a little bit. I'm going to wait until lows stay in the low 50s to be safe.

My tropicals saw low 30s to upper 20s for a night this fall when we had a freak overnight freeze. Everything was fine, and nothing dropped a leaf, but I was really lucky...
