Originally I thought that the Quince was suppose to stay outside until it hit 0. Now I'm reading it was to come into the garage at freezing. I just brought it in and it's 10F.

Is it going to die? So worried I killed it.

Where did you bring it into? Quince at my work sit outside all winter and we get into the single digits a few times per winter. That brings me to my next question, is it in a bonsai pot or a nursery container?

I brought it into the garage and the temp is 42. It is in a small (maybe 1/2 gallon) nursery container.

The garage is a good place for it, just make sure it doesn't get to warm. I imagine it's fine, the best way to tell is by scratching the bark, if it's green it's good, if it's brown it's gone.
