All we had was chalk and crayons, until we graduated to colored pencils. Never had colored chalk.

while we had coloured pencils, bic pens and fountain pens our teachers were using coloured chalk on blackboards then they graduated to black markers on plastic boards
chalk is still pretty handy today.

I am horrible...I focus only on text I'm to read. I don't pay attention to anything else. A good example of that...I was unaware of my bougainvillea being part of the banner for a group I belong to on FB. I never pay attention as I said...other than the text I'm to read.
