Anyone experience this on their prunus cherry? I have 2 of them and the other one does not look like this. The leaf are all wilted on this tree.

Looks like dehydration to me too. Problem is dehydration can be from lack of water, too much sun or too much water as waterlogging can cause root rot and then the tree doesn't have enough viable roots to take up water and dehydrates even though the soil is full of water.
You should be able to work out which is likely. If in doubt, check soil moisture 1" below surface and treat according to what you find.

I think it’s the water too, gave it some water and it’s slowly bouncing back. I was trying less water bc I thought I was over watering my trees. I didn’t let it dry out properly before watering it again.
