Hard to say... Kind of depends...

How tall they are or their trunk girth could dictate price. If it's a sought after cultivar, that could raise the price too.

I'd say if it's straight species or a common cultivar, about 12" tall, probably about $10.

Nurseries around here sell 1gal. ~2' tall, for about $40-$50.

Cuttings could be more because of the time and effort/difficulty to propogate, and probably because it's a good cultivar that's worth taking cuttings from.
