Very charming! Am attracted to shohin bonsai although I know they're among the most difficult to work with. I bet this one will just get more and more lovely.

I'm also looking for a field grown Ulmus if anyone can give me an idea on where to find one?

We have three Drake Elms in our yard that are about 35 years old and I've never once seen a sapling. I think the squirrels eat the seeds.

I don't have experience with Drake elms, but most air layer, or take from cuttings very very easily.
