@Japonicus I found a mad scale infestation on these 2 too. Don't know which came first, but it would be worth a check.
Noticed a much more piney smell when cut, rather than the more spicier juniper smell. I Don't think your problem will yet have a different smell, or which it comes from, but a different smell may be a good sign to investigate further.
Anyway, I cut the S out of em and neemed em, I reckon they'll be right happy for it in a week or 2!
