I noticed some weird white & brown crystals/fuzz on some of my leaves. I tried doing some research and it seems like others have had this issue, but it is unclear to me what is going on. I have heard some say that this is what a bug infestation looks like. Some have said that jacaranda trees normally produce this substance in the spring or that it is a result of overwatering. I am not sure. Any thoughts? I will try to get it treat for bugs just in case. I attached some pics below, but there were a little hard to take:
