I was given a 10 lb bag of Jade cuttings a year ago. I sorted through the bag to find the most unique branches, and branches that had matured to "bark". I propagated the cuttings in cactus soil for 3-4 months. I have them set in their positions, and their roots are stable!

Next step, getting these bad boys to grow some more foilage!

Nice work.

My initial reaction was to ask myself "where's the dinosaur?". Right now it seems to be a prehistoric scene - rather interesting.

Gallina, I too enjoy making forests out of P afra. The challenge for me is finding large cuttings.

I got lucky with the bag of cuttings that were quite literally given to me lol. Yours have so much foilage! Nice!

I like how the blue stone gives the impression of a running river with the little island in the middle.

As for spacing, I think once they start growing it won't be too much of an issue, but that is what re-potting can always adjust if you don't like it.
