Yes, that's a very nice little pine. I actually went down to see Don last week and picked up a girthy little Trident maple from him. Thank you for suggesting him in this thread!

Also, he's still got a good batch of beautiful pines in case you were thinking about picking up another. :D

What sizes if JBP does he carry Alex? I've only seen small ones on his website.

And Duane, how are you able to keep this pine alive in Hawaii? I thought they needed winter dormancy to thrive?

He's got a several trees that aren't listed on the website. As for pines, he had at least two or three larger ones -- like 2-3 feet tall or so. I wasn't really looking for pine material much, so I don't remember exactly what he had. But I know he had a good amount available, and they were all very well trained. I wish I could've afforded those exposed root shohin black pine...but maybe one day.

Would you like to see your tree when I owned it. Don bought 20 trees from me.

It's your turn to take care of it, so pass it along better than you found it.

Harry, Do you have a photo book of your old trees? From what I pick up here, you had some OUTSTANDING TREES!

Sorry, I never put together anything on all the trees over the years, but they all here in posts, maybe a search will turn most of them up. Tell ya what, when I have a little time I will see if I can post pictures of all of them.
