Japanese Black Pine

I've had this guy for about 5 years. I missed decandeling this year but I'm contemplating making some bigger cuts to open it up a little. I'm open to suggestions.

I would be tempted to use the main flowing line to the right (in the first picture) as the tree and remove the low branches and the branch that sticks out straight up mid way. Then replant at an angle to give it a more upright flow with a bunjin-esque feel.

She's a Bichon mix. That's my sweet little girl, likes to hang out with dad while he plays with his silly trees.
