Japanese brand "Toen" can they withstand cold climates

I found a pot I am interested in...it is listed as "Toen" Japanese bonsai pot. I can't find anything about the brand in a google search. Does anyone here know of the quality of said brand? For it would be outdoors in an unheated building come winter.

My "guess" is search for Kuroda Toen. Tokyo I believe, don't know much else.

I'd be really surprised of any Japanese bonsai pot that couldn't take the cold.
