Japanese cypress, the tips wither after transplanting

After transplanting, the tips started to wither (they turned light green, the usual color is deep green, the tips have also shrunken), I replanted on March 19, the tree was in the shade all this time, before planting I used Biogold VITAL (it strengthens the roots after transplanting.
I did not prune the branches after reducing the root ball, I only removed those roots that had fallen off when removing the previous mixture (coconut fiber with garden soil).
To remedy this problem, I would like to remove some branches and expose the plant to the sun

Any advice?

Japanese cypress (Chamaeparis obtusa) variety Nana Gracilis

The plant stands on the balcony, sheltered from the wind. Unfortunately, for a few days the temperature in my region has dropped to -4 - +2 degrees Celsius at night and +5 - +8 degrees Celsius during the day
