Hi all, this is the first time I post in the forum. I bought this maple in this year summer. I left it at my balcony with heavy sun light in the summer which burned all the leaf. Therefore, I moved it in to shade with two hours sun light.

Recently, there are some fresh leaf coming up, but they rather turn black again or just in a very week form.
Also, some of the trunks turn into black starting for the top of this maple.
I am so worry about this maple. May I ask all of you what can I do to fix this?
I tried the anti-fungicide spray, but there was no improvement.

All the brown/black branches are dead. If you're in the Northern hemisphere, you should know maples lose all their leaves at this time of the year and they must stay outside all year long. So don't expect leaves to grow again now. Remove all the dead wood, check that the cut exposes green/white tissue and seal it. Bring it outside and protect it from frost since it will be weak, Check the buds. If they're not wrinkly, have some color that is not death black, then maybe it will survive the winter. In Spring you probably need to repot it in a more friendly soil. Read as much as you can on this Web site and good luck!

Your "anti-fungicide" consists out of clarified neem oil. You might want to use some systemic which is actually strictly a fungicide.

Neem oils main effect is on insects, it doesn't do much inside of the plant.

Your soil looks like it's not all that great. Those big rocks aren't helping anything, BTW. The black part of the tree are dead. This has NOTHING to do with something Neem oil could get rid of. All that deadwood indicates a bad root issue, overwatering, badly draining soil, etc.

You should tell us your location so good advice can be given for your problem. We don't know if it's spring or fall where you are. You can put it in your profile and it will show up under your name. Others have given you good advice about what to do now.

Thank you! I stay in Hong Kong. I cut and it is green inside.

It may cause by the repoting I made in September. While repoting it to a small pot, I cut some of the old or bad roots.

If you know what you're doing, cutting roots while repotting is part of the procedure. JP are very sensitive to infections and it might be that a large root cut that was not sealed was the entry point for a fungal infection. Or as @JudyB says, the problem could be the soil doesn't drain properly or you're overwatering.
