I dug up this Quince last fall. It had been growing in my front yard for the last 7 years or so. I actually divided the thing in two and stuck the other half back in the ground. This half begins it's slow journey to bonsai-ville. I think it should be a decent clump at some point. The base is about six inches across.

Very nice! Looks like you've got a good start on this thing. Ours are definitely similar. What color are your flowers?

Just a tip - seal ALL cuts with kiyonal paste. They are very prone to fungal infections.
