Japanese Quince

I dug up this Quince last fall. It had been growing in my front yard for the last 7 years or so. I actually divided the thing in two and stuck the other half back in the ground. This half begins it's slow journey to bonsai-ville. I think it should be a decent clump at some point. The base is about six inches across.

Nice. I prefer the red over pink but both are pretty. White is really nice also but you don't see it very often. Yours is going to be very nice.

Just a tip - seal ALL cuts with kiyonal paste. They are very prone to fungal infections.
