This JBP candle looks strange to me due to it's roundness. Any ideas what's causing this? Thanks!

The "candle" is the bud in the middle of the cluster. It doesn't appear to have started extending. It's surrounded by male pollen cones. When the candle extends, you can knock those off. Or not. It's up to you.

No worries.
