Hahaha! That's funny!

This is a perfect example of Americans polarized, taking things out of context.

ONE party member, mentioned that gas stoves where MORE dangerous (than other options) an innocuous, non-relevant statement. And suddenly the news explodes with "outlawing stove" stories...

I implore EVERYONE... no matter WHAT your political leanings are.... Just search and READ THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE COMING TO A CONCLUSION. (Whoops "caps")... They are ALL OUT there... Public record...

Please don't let the news... EITHER SIDE... make up your mind FOR you.

Nah, over here the same report was used to start the discussion of banning gas fired stoves.
On top of the "should we allow the population to own a fireplace?" discussion.
Which came after the "how are we going to enforce the mandatory carbon monoxide alarm on every floor?".

Might not be the case in the US, but here in the banana republic, politicians are at all out war against everything that is flammable.

Ooooh!

It's becoming a "combustible" issue over here... JUST due to offhand comments...

Knowing that it's a "hot" topic abroad probably adds.... Fuel to the fire....
