JRP(KRP) styling ideas

Had this little fellow for three years. The tree itself is probably four. Wondering how I should proceed...inspired by the literati gowing in the mountains here .....this is what I came up with. It has loads and loads of buds so I can fan them out into a canopy.
Womdering if anyone has any suggestions....

I like your idea but instead of cutting the bottom branch off,wire it out too too see how it looks. If you don't like it ,cut it off.

Agree with 2 prior posts. Trunk above this too straight/uninteresting. Much better idea to remove upper trunk than have boring man made looking triangle. Strive to make real looking tree instead of manicured hedge plant with trunk. Wire in movement while young as JRP supposed to be brittle;).
