I just bought a Juniper Bonsai at Walmart yesterday (I'm 90% sure it's a Juniper after looking at pictures). It's about 4" tall and one side grows out to the side pretty long. I like it.

I know you have to water it when the soil feels dry. I water it a little bit every day. What about light? I heard they need less light or water or something in the winter months because they're supposed to go dormant? And I heard they can stay outdoors in frigid winters, even down to 15 degrees? Is this true, because it's about 30 degrees outside every day now, and it would be a good time to put the tree outside.

Also, I found a tiny little brownish/red worm in the soil. He didn't appear to be causing any harm so I left him there. Is this okay? And I put the tree clippings in the soil, will this decompose into fertilizer?
