Juniper identification

I got this juniper in 2016 when just started with this hobby, i remember the tag on the pot only said conifer so thats not very usefull

Its a juniperus but what kind of juniperus i dont realy know :eek:

Its nothing fancy and ive probably pruned off all the good braches back in 2016 but still its one of my first tree's i am planning on just letting it grow for a while and figure out a path forward eventualy

From what I can see on my shelves, I'd say shimpaku. But wait for experts. Nice to have one of first trees.

If its shimpaku i am going to strike some cuttings next year, apart from bonsai nursery's you dont find them anywere in the regular nursery's so it was a lucky find back then lol

So shimpaku it is.

Looking at the pics in the last link you posted @petegreg it looks like the same color as the shaded one it was somewere on the back of the bench so next year a more sunny spot for this one :)
