Hello, i bought this plant from store. I thought it will be good idea to prune it and train it. Does anyone knows what kind of plant is this? Jupiner? Cypress? It will be good for bonsai?

Its a Juniper species, probably Juniperus sabina or Juniperus chinensis. Also could be J x pfitzeriana a hybrid between sabina and chinensis

I'd also go Juniper. Really hard to Id to species level unless you are expert because there are so many that look similar however species doesn't really matter because most junipers are treated very similar.
All junipers can be sued for bonsai. Some with more open foliage like this one are a bit harder to get dense foliage pads but it will still grow well for you.
