is that green island ficus (ficus microcarpa) ?

With those species probably not the northern oceans.
some ID
Umbrella tree - Schefflera species
Ficus species but almost impossible to narrow down the species from just leaf shape.
Jade plant - Portulacca afra
Some sort of juniper - again very difficult to ID from a photo because there are many species and varieties that look similar
Another Ficus species - rounded leaves so that may be Green Island fig?
Pinus species possibly Japanese Black pine - P. thunbergii
Another juniper but does not look very healthy. may already be dead.
Finally a red flowered bougainvillea in front
