Hi there,
A light/medium wiring following a medium/hard pruning is it too much to take for an established JM at this time of the year?

No... but I'd probably delay the pruning part to late winter. What's the rush?

I wouldn't do either here without pretty good protection.

Seems the ice rain is upon us.

France? Maybe.

Yes it's France!
I'm still helping my friend with her maples... :)
I transmitted her your advices the other day however I did a mistake: I just have another answer to my other post and 1 of the tree isn't a japanese but a trident maple... I hope the advices stand... :)
