Just thought I’d share. Interesting Bonsai Art

Hey all. Was doing some nonsensical scrolling through Instagram over a cup of joe this morning and came across this artist. There is something down home and quiche about what she is making that I find comforting. As much as I love a just well executed “bonsai only” painting or drawing, I really enjoyed these blends and mashups this guy is doing. So often I feel bonsai shows and art, are created for bonsai people exclusively, but this may be one of those cases where bonsai folks and non bonsai folks would be drawn to a style. I personally feel like more efforts should be made to push boundaries in the art. Now I realize this is just 2dimenional art here, but maybe some inspiration could be drawn to our own compositions.
