I have no idea what causes the lighter colored leaves, but I am pretty sure that it isn't fungal.
The brown tips look like the foliage was sprinkled and retained on the tips. You could simply remove these leaves by cutting their petioles, if the appearance bothers you. If it is a persistent nuisance, try to avoid sprinkling the foliage late in the day.
But, of course, it isn't always possible, in which case you could spray a solution of 2 tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide (from the grocery/pharmacy) in a quart of water (nominally 900 ppm, or about 0.1%) afterward. This will prevent more leaves from having it, but it will not change leaves that have already browned.
