I wish I could upload more at once.
This place is Shohin heaven. I think this is a direction I'd like to go with. I'm happy here among the finest "cookie cutters" "broccoli" trees. So tiny are the trident malle leaves! I love big bonsai, but shohin has got me so giddy 😄. I think the apprentices have it good as far as no heavy lifting to do.

I'll post more pots later @0soyoung I posted some in the pot thread that I picked up from Omiya, I picked 3 more at Kojuen. Nothing very expensive. I considered buying Kyoto pots, but the glaze didn't interest me. Perhaps next time. This is a nursery I'd visit again. I've never seen so many high quality and refined trees in one spot!

Few more images.

Nice. I have a good friend in the army who was over there recently and she mailed me a couple pots and pics back from this nursery. Looks awesome!
