Do you mind if I ask why you would "get out" of deciduous? Just curious...

Well I have set some goals for myself in bonsai and I feel like I wasn't heading there. I study with Boon so Pines and Junipers are a large focus for Boons intensives. I feel if I am going get the most out of my classes I need to focus myself. I don't want to become a collector of trees/material. I see so many people in my club that get excited by the hunt of new material but never develop it or even know anything about it yet. I don't think I will never have deciduous. Maples (that I love btw) would be my next stage but I think I will get into maples in about 4 or 5 years.

Just side note this tree no reserve .99 I bought from plant city bonsai for 150.00 so its a deal.
