Nice tree! Well done and good to see the buds starting to show up. Although, if it was my tree, I’d try to keep those roots covered for now. I think it’s just my way of seeing a tree.

Unfortunately, I had to return the hornbeam today because half of its branches had been frozen or dried during the last winter and wouldn't sprout leaves.

I'm planning to get a healthier one soon.
