I appreciate the strong welcome! Unfortunately some of the trees are not so clean. I was given the larch in the nursery pot by my dad for saving because a couple of branches died. Turns out he had it potting soil with limited/no drainage
I repotted it in an appropriate medium heavy on pumice to promote root growth, but am getting some yellowing on some of the needles. New growth seems fine, but the needles that initially popped out in spring are what concerns me. It has received the same fish fertilizer all my other trees get so I don't think it is fertilizer burn (rest of the trees are happy). Thoughts?
