I've had this little ginkgo for a couple of years. I put it in a training pot after the first year. This year, when it looked like it was pushing, I repotted because it didn't really seemed to be thriving in the original soil mix. The roots were worked some, but not drastically. This was in late March, early April. Flash forward, and...........nothing. I figured it died, but it seemed to be using water, so when the pot got dry, it got water. Four weeks ago it began to leaf out, but not much. Only one or two leaves have emerged from each internode. The only thing that's been done, aside from watering, is it was sprayed with malathion when ant activity was noted. I thought perhaps aphids were inhibiting branch extension. What do you think: should I keep the faith or give it up as gone? Is there anything else that can be done to help it along? Thanks.IMG_0457.JPG IMG_0458.JPG IMG_0460.JPG
