Lava Rock Order

I am seriously considering the purchase of a pallet of lava rock(already sifted to 1/4" and clean). However, before I drop close to a grand on a 15 year supply for myself, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in some. It is coming on the pallet in 7lb bags, and I can sell them for $5 a piece plus shipping. I plan on keeping half for myself to see me through the next 3-5 years, but would like to offer the opportunity to others to save a buck. Actually, I am having a hard time finding small lava online period, so this is an opportunity to acquire it AND save money. I suppose this will be like a groupon of sorts. If I get a few people showing interest, then I am going to go along with it. To give an idea of shipping, it looks like for 28lbs it will be $24 to Iowa, $20 to Michigan, and $22 to New York. They all seem to be coming back within a few bucks of each other via standard post.

Shipping is for standard post USPS. I am not too familiar with shipping really heavy stuff, but it might be more economical if you are shipping over 70lbs to ship freight, which might be cheaper per pound.

You could use the large flat rate boxes to ship it. The Large Board Game Box will fit a full size bag of akadama. It's 16 dollar shipping anywhere in the country.

haha, my apologies, I thought you asked where I was shipping from. No, the pallet is coming from...well, actually i dont know where the supplier has their warehouse. The company is colorado lava rock. Only place I have found that sells smaller grade lava.

Lava, aka scoria is the best I use it like crazy. But geez i feel for you fellas who wanna use it and have to pay like that...
