Mistakes happens sometimes...........that however looks to be a big mistake on their part.

I understood that mistake can happen. I'm not blaming anyone. I just now have 4 plants that my lady is not keen on and Amazon won't take return. They actually were very well packed. I could have just watered them and allow them to recover then use the same shipping material and send back. They would be fine really.
