Another little project.
If a have to stay home much longer.....😬

I’m looking for any special care instructions on what I have here. I Tried to spread out the roots and clean it up. There was one very large 1/4” curled root that I had to remove.

I have had it in the shade this past week and was wondering when I should start to give it some direct sunlight.

And as for feedback: let it rip! In the sense of growing I mean.

I have a dead taxus. I didn't water it to see how tough they are. They're pretty tough! It's still holding the soil together after 6 months of being out of a pot.

Taxus are shade lovers in the old books, in the newer literature they seem to like sun as well. Sunlight does tend to keep the internodes short. But, they don't seem to mind being shaded.

Thank you. I think I’ll introduce it to the sun slowly. I don’t want to fry it right after my work.

I came here to set some things straight.
I'm not all into that new stuff and modern rappers or whatever they call themselves.
But that dude Post Malone did a sick Nirvana tribute on youtube. Mad props for a guy with a hiphop/rap audience to make a jump like that.
Here's the link.

i concur. had a run with some old rap but went back to my grunge roots awhile ago. grunge, acoustic, southern rock, some blink 182 type bands and heavier stuff for working out or surf pump up. music for awhile has been embarrassing and borderline irresponsible in my opinion

I don’t know how quick you came up with it, if you write/wrote for a living etc but I’m impressed with your skills lol!

This was bad ass. I actually tried to watch it live. Couldn’t do it. But the edited videos with the actual songs only. Hell yeah!

“Yew” cutie! Going to keep it young looking or wire in movement? Lol in my neck of the woods they’re tough as rocks. Sun, shade, wet, dry, it doesn’t matter what you do to them.

I’m slowly cutting a wild yard one back and I think I might make a twin trunk out of it. Gonna use stakes and rope to guy wire the trunks. If I can’t get enough movement I’ll just chop one and let it heal in the ground. They can stay flexible in the several inch thick range, although you need rope and leverage to change them.

Can’t wait to see you where you take it!
