I have had this tree in my office for about 4 years and i would like to pot it in a 6x10 bonsia pot i have but i have a few questions.

Best time to repot?

Can i give it a hard prune and repot in the same year or even at the same time?

What type of soil would you use.

Cant wait to hear your sugestions.

The time of year shouldn't matter if it is growing indoors full time. I don't have experience with Lime trees, but most tropicals do best repotted on the hottest day of the year when grown outside.

Soil choice can be personal since it will effect the watering schedule and such, but I personally would use mostly turface with some lava and sphagnum. You could probably get away with doing both operations at once, but safer would be to repot and then wait for signs of growth and then cut back the un wanted portion. The tree should be secured in the pot to keep the roots from rocking either way.

thank you

Thank you, i willl post more pictures after i repot it.
