It's still in the super early stages. The best feature is that a major root flows into the trunk line, so once I get it into Bonsai soil and get the base correct it'll be easier for me to make subtle changes to the orientation.

This side and directly opposite are both possible fronts.

I'll answer here instead of reddit (even though you didn't actually ask here =P ).

I like the first photo better as front!
I styled it with the intention of the top being the front but I do like both sides.

Looking closer; I'm not sure if it's shadow or actually that dark, in the first photo, but it gives the illusion of a narrower base than the second photo.

I still like the leftward lean better for some reason I can't explain.
