Little black spots on leaves

Hi everyone. Could someone help me identifying those little black spots on the leaves of this Myrtle? Is this anything to worry about? I used an identifier app which suggested it was “Sphaerophragmiaceae” but it doesn’t look like it when I look at other pictures of that. I hope you can help me

Can you rub them off? If so, they might be scale.
If not, a better picture would sure help. If you put your hand or a piece of paper behind the leaves, it'll help your camera get a better focus.

I can’t rub them off no. They’re actually purple ish in its colour rather than black I tried getting some close up photos
