Look at this odd japanese maple seed

After about 120 days in the fridge stratifying the roots on this seed started sprouting. I have sprouted about 10 seeds I bought on ebay and this is the first to exhibit this behaviour. Also all my other seeds only took about 90 days of fridge time to sprout.

It looks like two roots are growing? Is this a twin

I just got some seeds and was going to try raising them too... But I am in GA.

So should I start with placing in water to see what's viable now? In 4 weeks?? Fridge? Or wait longer?? lol
