Brent has had these for about 30 years, and they have never bloomed. They are a type of hybrid that one of his collogue created back in 80's. I have never been able to find any information on them. Their leaves are yellow rather than green, but they have never bloomed so I am not sure if they produce yellow fruit or gain their name from their yellow leaves. I am planning on re-potting them this fall and deciding if they should be ornamental landscape trees or if they have the potential to be bonsai. Any information the community has about these would be appreciated. We grow other types of pomegranates without this issue. I will take some photos later today and add them to the post.
