Home Depot ficus consisting of multiple saplings tied together that I untied, repotted, wired, and grew separately. I just recently repotted and put some of them back together. My intention is to get these to fuse together into one funky pretzel of a tree.

I’m not quite sure what’s the cause of the lack of pigmentation in some of the new leaves. That happened with some new leaves that came out toward the end of winter indoors. Hopefully, getting it out in real sunlight and giving organic fertilizer will help get it back on track. I don’t use organic fertilizer in the house because it’s smelly, but I don’t think my plants like my off-brand Osmocote-like time release chemical fertilizer as much.

It looks like you figured out the leaf color issue. Nice work

I’m not completely sure what it was. Likely some small, difficult to see with the naked eye pest. I removed those leaves once it was outdoors and the issue hasn’t recurred. I recently sprayed this guy with Neem oil to knock down insect populations before it comes indoors for winter. I intend to spray it at least one more time before it comes inside for the winter.

Nice work, but isn't that the tree from your other thread?

Oops! You are correct. It is indeed tree #3. Tree #2 no longer exists as a separate entity. It was combined into a clump with tree #1.
